Our services include medical and dental clinics, child and family health services, youth services, social and emotional wellbeing programs and services, a birthing in our community hub, an aged care facility, and a variety of family and child support services including child protection, family wellbeing services, kindergarten programs and a children and family centre.

One Heart Support Services
'Where People Matter The Most'
One Heart Support Services (OHSS) is an NDIS support provider who is passionate about excellent customer service delivery in providing high quality NDIS Disability Services and STA (Respite) for our clients of all ages, races, religions and genders.
OHSS offers In-Home Care, Social and Community Access, Support Coordination, School Holiday Programs, Social Saturdays and assist people living with disability to apply for NDIS funding.
